Meaning
Greeting to one person Kuta muá ñ! lit. "Hold [it] inside"!

Mekura muá! / Me nsaá akæé. lit. "I hold it"! / "My hand has touched."
Greeting to several persons Moánkuàtaá muá ñ! lit. "You should hold it"!
Response
Yñkura muá! / Yñn nsaá akæé!
lit. "We hold it"! / "Our hand has touched"
A Ghanaian (or an African in general) will share even the smallest amount of food with a guest, so he will invite you to join him:
